ABOUT ME
I am a dedicated change manager specialising in supporting digital transformation. New technologies can boost companies' production and improve productivity but the benefits of technology-driven changes are at risk when companies lack consideration of how people respond to major changes in their work processes. I specialise in developing effective change process lifecycles for new IT solutions, help devise tailored implementation plans, and find solutions that foster an effective uptake and use of new technology among staff. I have built up my experience from taking part in ERP implementations.
